A 17th century engraving of Medusa’s head. Her blood was said to be magical: a deadly poison flowed from the veins of the left side of her body, while blood from the right side had the power to restore life. The reviving power of her blood was used by Asclepius to raise the dead. Our Medusa will certainly revive any interior – and any fly.
